Awais went above & beyond his call of duty, exceeding my expectation! I was so hesitant to bring my car to this dealership for service because of previous experiences. But since Shaumburg Acura was not taking same day appointments that Saturday, I decided to take a chance & called Mcgrath Acura, but made sure I will have a “new” service advisor. I was happy when Awais took us, so after a week when I noticed problems with my car, I decided to call Awais again & sure enough he took me right away. He patiently called me for updates about my car while it was in the dealership.
