During this last service encounter I had the pleasure of working/speaking with Shant, Awais and Junior. They all are great. Tony was my courtesy driver before and he was very nice as well. I have had 3 encounters with the service team since mid November. Each time it was a pleasurable experience.

I have been going to McGrath Acura Morton Grove for years. I have always dealt with Leo, but this time he was off. I dealt with David, usually my people know me and always ask if I want a car wash. I dont like washing my car in the automatic car wash, but this time I was not given a chance. Then my oil price was higher than usual. Nothing special on a regular oil, filter change, and to walk around my car. I never pay 50 dollars for just an oil change. And I take two cars, MdX and TLX. AND prior a white RL. Very disappointed in the quality service of David.
