All four rotors were replaced without my knowledge. I would have preferred to see the rotor condition first and be given an explanation why they need to be replaced. "Rotor" was never mentioned as Tran was going over my "Repair Order History Jobs." When I booked my appointment, I indicated "oil change and check the brakes." I knew my brakes pads were likely running thin as I was informed in prior service that they will need to be replaced next time. Neither was rotor replacement mentioned after the initial car inspection. He did show me why the tires need to be replaced. I text'd Tran, he indicated he gave me a copy of MPI. The only paper I got from him prior to the repair was the Repair Order History Jobs List which I was the one who requested a copy of it. Secondly, he said, "Battery is free." When I looked over the receipt I learned it is not literally free, it is free only because it is still within the warranty. Lack of communication and missed communication leaves me a very bad taste about this service.
