I received a flat tire after driving over a pot hole. I insisted my car be towed to McGrath Acura if Morton Grove only, because I trust the service & attention provided by Leo.

Leo goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in for service. There is nothing more frustrating than when your car breaks down or needs service but, Leo takes a lot of the frustration away with excellent service. He sends me regular updates answers all my questions. Most importantly, Leo doesn’t push to have service done before my car needs it. Where other shops told me my tires needed replacing ASAP, Leo said we have time. He gave me one and a half years before McGrath replaces them. In this last service Leo helped me stagger 3 expensive repairs so that I could manage the costs. This is great service and that’s why I’ve been taking my car here since 2011.

I have never had a service that was beyond my expectations. Paul Tran vaccummed my car and it was returned to me the cleanest it’s been since it was purchased. Next time I make my appointment I will ask for him specifically! He did an amazing job and was very courteous.
