Awais was very nice and pleasant. He gave me a print out of the service done on my car. I was advised to come back after a 1000 mileage for follow up. With the document in hand, I did not read all the details as I was advised all is clear and no issues with my car. When I got to my car, the inside was not vacuumed. I have to ask someone who I saw outside if this needs to be a special request. He told me to bring the car back as it will be a quick one. I did come back and informed Awais that my car was not vacuumed. Then when I went home I read the details and it was written that the car was washed and vacuumed but this was not done. Is your team working off a template to copy and paste? It was cleaned but this is not good service on your part.
