The service was great, and Marc was very helpful. Unfortunately, the waiting area/amenities left a lot to be desired. The children’s area was filthy, tiny, and had broken toys. The coffee area had no sweetener and was also filthy.
This location is much closer to us than the Chicago location which is why we decided to try it. Unfortunately we’ll probably go back there in the future.
