I wanted to thank the staff at the McGrath Acura in Morton Grove (service team) for the excellent customer service that they provided. Marc Nunez and Ron Kappes really went above and beyond. Recently, my car overheated and I was stranded on the road in Glenview when Triple AAA refused to send a tow truck because I didn’t have my wallet with my credit cards and I exhausted my allotted usage for the year. Ron was kind enough to provide a tow truck and had my car towed to the Morton Grove office within 30 minutes after our conversation. I was provided with a shuttle so that I could arrive to work for an important meeting and later picked up after work. Marc was patient, kind, professional, and efficient. My car is was fixed and running fine. Thank you so much!
