The representative that handled my transaction had an attitude. Also my floor mats had puddles of water in them after the car wash. I’ve had that complaint before and I can tell it wasn’t addressed. I also understand it’s a “free” wash but you can’t tell me someone isn’t getting paid to wash, vacuum, and dry the car. A representative named Dave reached out to me last time about a detail which is very nice I just wish I didn’t have to write a comment to get the job done right the first time. Andrew helped me last oil change and I was very impressed. Great service.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Only 2nd appointment thus far since I got the car and no complaints. Just scheduled last night, left car in the late morning and car was out of there by noon. Awais was quick but at the same time made sure to listen to everything I had to say without rushing me. Outside of how quick and smooth everything went I really liked that Awais personally called before the time my car was ready and gave me time to get there as soon as they were done.
