I had a very good experience with Marc and just in general with everyone I met. Big improvement over the last time over 3 years ago, where things went down in a bad way very quickly.

I do believe that the $75.00 charged to tell me I needed a rear brake change was excessive...it’s not like they had to do much troubleshooting, plus the actual job was way overpriced as well! Awaits, was a very nice service advisor.
