Awais was excellent. For future feedback, the service area should be much more proactive in matching a inspection issue with the Acura warranty purchased through the dealership automatically. I am 100% accountable for my vehicle, but never felt they even knew I had a warranty. I would have preferred to make decisions on the vehicle based on all the information to move forward with mechanical issues. I possibly left a lot of unfixed issues that may or may not have been covered under the warranty that expired after 36,000 miles.
