We get good service but it does seem like each time we schedule service (even for something minimal and routine like an oil change), we end up being told that we need several other maintenance items done - it’s difficult to have an appointment and not spend hundreds of dollars each time. This may just be how Acura’s are built but it seems excessive.
Awais was polite and accommodating - got me a ride home while I left my car. He called and recommended the additional service items to me and applied coupons. Thank you!
