Awais was prepared, respectful and informative. He had to deliver news to me that my car would be needing costly repairs, but he delivered that news gracefully and honorably. I witnessed him being treated very rudely by another patron, but he remained calm and courteous. Please know that your service consultants’ jobs are not easy by a long shot. Treat them well. They make all the difference in your customers loyalty.
