Carlos made it simple and easy to take care of maintenance needs, a recall, and a trans part replacement in less than a day and seamlessly allowed me a loaner for the day I left my car at Acura Morton Grove. From start to finish, Carlos made my nervous first visit of a newly purchased ten-year old TSX go from worrisome to calm to trusted. I was even able to communicate with Carlos after leaving the dealership via text which was very helpful. Thanks to his kind service and honest evaluation I do not plan on taking my Acura to another site for service in the future. Job perfectly done!
