When we made our appt we told them we had the crackling issue again. The person dismissed the reasons why we were coming in. We brought the car in and was told we need to make another appt because now they are going to replace the fuse box. So nothing was done to address the crackling noise. This is the 3rd time it’s been in for this issue. It’s not fixed and I have to make another appt. I’m not happy at all.
