I picked up my vehicle and proceeded to the cashier desk to provide payment. The desk was empty and staff just walked by and did not ask if I needed assist. I was totally ignored. Finally someone stopped and asked if I needed to pay. He then instructed me to go to the service desk. I spent over 2k for repairs and simply did not appreciate the lack of customer service.
In addition, they did not check the pressure in my ties. The pressure was @ 32 when I dropped off the car and the same when I retrieved my vehicle.
Very poor service and I will take my car elsewhere next time.
