Things were a little bumpy at first but I was able to speak with Bob S. the service director to gain some clarity and financial help in the form of a price discount. Spoke with Sam (the phone receptionist) she was an absolute angel as was Sydney the agent in charge of courtesy cars. Carlos did a great job as well over all a very positive experience!

Paul was good and the mechanic seemed very knowledgeable and cared about making sure he diagnosed the issues. My only problem is when i picked the car up, it was not vacuumed or cleaned on the inside. The outside was washed.
