I was happy with my service but I should inform you that I never received a confirmation of my online booking for service, which I finally had to call to get the confirmation. Additionally the phone number provided in the email originally reminding me that I needed service was not working which made it even more confusing and concerning. Those 2 issues should be addressed to make the overall customer experience better.
