Part not available to handle my service call, Mark twice sent someone to another Acura service station to get the part. He provided a loaner car so I could run some errands instead of sitting in the waiting room for several hours. Both Mark and Leo were totally outstanding in their expertise and communication skills. Mark notice a noise in the engine of my RDX when I brought it in for a car wash. He said it might be the torque converter in the transmission and wanted to check it out. Within a few minutes he provided a loaner for me, which I did indeed need. He followed up with repairing the transmission and curing what the problem of my squeaky breaks. When I picked up the car today, he totally cleaned up the settings for airplay and got my iPhone up and running properly. Gotta love Acura service! Skilled professionals run the place! Thank you!!
