I always appreciate the fact the Paul is quick to help me out, gets me a loaner. I took my car in fou an oil change and had some other concerns to look at. The amount for the service was $4000 which is not the issue.
I explained my steering feel was less than normal. But after putting in a new steering rack my steering has lost almost all of its feel.
The wheel pulls to the right and I feel vibration in the wheel at highway speeds.
I’ll be bringing it back as soon as I can so this is addressed.
