Ask your staff. 2.5 hours for an oil change and a sales person who forgot to mention he would take my car out of the service line for his potential gain for an appraisal. That probably should have been mentioned.
Worst, he forgot he had the keys in his pocket until 5pm. So service could not work on my car That guy Kevin Crillo should be fired.
Never did get the air bag checked. Wow
