Poor service. Didn’t perform complimentary tire rotation with oil change. Stated everything fine, tire tread at 8, rotation not needed when specifically questioned. Only wanted signature on form and payment of service charges. When I returned home, read check list and tire tread 6 on front left tire, tread 7 on 2 tires, only 8 for 1 tire. Sarah was polite and attempted to have service performed yesterday afternoon. Paul refused, attempted to charge for rotation, and after I insisted reluctantly agreed to schedule for this morning though yesterday afternoon was more convenient for me.
