I’ll start off by saying this feedback isn’t directed towards Zach, this is directed towards his boss and Subaru of America. Once again Subaru found a way to make me pay for a repair by using some lame excuse just like every single time I’ve came in there. I have yet to have a good experience and because of the hassle I’ve gone through since I got the car I can honestly say I will never be buying/leasing a Subaru ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. You guys have stretched my account thin for the last time.
