We’ve been having our car serviced at BB for more than 3 years, always been more than satisfied, it’s why we keep coming back. This time, BB had our car for 11 days, was told it was ready for 3 days before it actually was and were never given a clear explanation as to what really was wrong and fixed. In the end it cost us $1800 for what, I’m not clear. BB and the mechanic didn’t really seem to know what the deal was. It appears to be running fine, but this visit was expensive and far less than satisfying. Makes me question whether or not we’ll continue servicing at BB.
