My recall noted that if they had to replace the condenser it would take approximately 1 hour, so I figured it would take 2 hours, but I was unprepared for a 4 hour wait. I was prepared for the tire inflation( 36 psi, cold!)but I was not
prepared for the radio **** up, I don't know why they ( young guys) have to do it,
I don't listen to the radio,only cd's. They washed it but to have them waste time
doing a tire inflation and a test ride seems ridiculous. And to think that I'll probably have to replace the compressor because it operated without freon for
About $1300 , how about some oil with the freon kit.All for maybe 11150 miles and about 2000 miles of ac.

Poor service. Low tire pressure not corrected. Instead of inflating tires as required by law, the vehicles dash gauge was changed from P.S.I to the European T.P. The service receipt indicated the tires were inflated to 35 P.S.I. which they were not. The tires were still underinflated the same as when I first arrived. A long history of unprofessional work done at this dealership.
