Tanner went above and beyond to help us with our ascent. The vehicle almost killed our family and tanner was so helpful and gave us updates even with corporate taking over. He was so kind through the entire process. We are so grateful that with such a traumatic experience that he had empathy and patience with our family and provided the best service we could ever imagine.

This was the second time I've brought my car in for an issue. First time I was told it's "normal". Since then it's gotten way worse and I explained today when dropping off my car that it's FAR from normal and the sound is very loud and irritating. 2 hours later I was told it's "normal". This is just dismissive of what I'm reporting. I'm fed up and won't be going back to Bob Baker and will try Kearny Mesa.
