Tanner is consistently exceeding my expectations. He is friendly and takes such good care of us when we come in. I really appreciate his communication on where my car is at and what to expect. For example he gave me a heads up today that I will need my tires changed before the rain season hits. He also filled me in on what the cost will be which really helps so I’m not caught off guard when the time comes. I make sure every time I come in to request him because of his great care. His honesty and follow through and patience with both this outback and my previous car I bought through this dealership is the reason I keep coming back. I can’t say enough great things about him.
