Stewart was very communicative and I was checked in earlier than my initial appointment time. He was also set me up with Lyft rides, which worked out great! I’m just bummed one of my recalls were not addressed during this time. I now have to reschedule for another day/time to get that done. I understand some things are out of control. No fault on Stewart and his team, just disappointed I have to plan my schedule again around setting up another appointment. I actually prefer Raceway over Palms Springs, which I don’t like going to, but I may need to because it’s more convenient geographically for me next month.

Took 4 hrs and 45 minutes to do an oil change when my appointment was at 8:15am. I got there at 7:45 in the morning and didn’t leave until 11:45.

I wasn’t aware the transmission tech needed my vehicle for an extended period of time, like two days…. Now I get to bring the vehicle back again….. UGH!! On another note - Kris rocks, though - he will be an excellent team member - damn well done, people!!

Why make an appt. and have to wait to be served. Should be first come first serve. No need to make an appt. Notice an oil drip on my driveway. Obviously your mechanic doesn't know how to wipe up.

Edwin was great. He was very helpful and informative. I do believe he was trying his best to fix the problem, however, the problem still persists The blue tooth and CarPlay functions in the truck are not working as they should, after using car play for about 15min it drops connection and the icon isn’t even visible or availible for use There is also still a rattle sound upon turning the truck on I made Edwin aware of that before taking the vehicle home, he adhered me that it’s normal for that truck to make that sound unless it progresses. Edwin was a pleasure but unfortunately the problems with the vehicle continues to persist.
