Javier himself was very courteous. What I had an issue with was my tires. I brought my vehicle in due to two (2) tires having one, a screw and the second having a nail. I asked that they dont remove them and I was told they hadn’t. When we came back to discuss the tires you could see the screw
had been partially removed. I showed Javier a pic of the screw being fully seated. Then showed him the screw being partially out. We were going to go to a place that would repair the 2 tires based on the pic we sent them. They said they were repairable. Not wanting to drive the vehicle as it was, we chose to buy 4 new tires. Part of that reasoning came about because the Perelli tires after 12000 miles were like driving on solid tires where every bump felt like the car had the stiffest suspension. This is my 2nd Ford Edge with Perelli tires. Both cars did the exact same thing. Again, Javier was decent and I just wanted to air my frustration. Bruce

The team was unable to find my reservation I made online, so the maintanace was not completed. An email had been sent to me to have the check up down and to schedule an online appt, so I did. Weird that I got a confirmation but the receptionist couldn't find it.

Mike McFarland is the only one who always quotes me $89 for the works package with the the coupon. Every other mechanic has always quoted and charged me at $65-70 for the works package with coupon as well. Same job but he’s the only one that prices me higher. That’s my only concern
