I normally get up to date Communication about what’s happening with my car and when it is ready to be picked up. I receive none of that this time and had to call myself to see if it was ready. The work had been completed but the charge ticket not completed so I had to get a ride there minutes before close so that I would not be without my car for the weekend. It’s unusual behavior from our long as it’s never happened before.

I feel my experience with Raceway Ford Quick and Lanes Department (service) was handled horribly I asked for a fluid and filter change nothing more the technician drove my vehicle around on the freeway up and down the street spoke to the manager he says they have to drive the vehicle around to bring the vehicle up to proper temperature for the transmission I had just recently pulled in to the parking lot so my vehicle was already at operating temperature technician begins to service my vehicle only flushing the transmission fluid when I specifically asked to have the fluid and filter changed... after a three and a half hour wait and a second go-round of changing the transmission fluid and filter I ended up paying $250...
