To whom it may concern,
I am very satisfied with Javier and the whole team of service adviser at the counter at Quick Lane. I received text and/or phone calls to keep me abreast of the status of my vehicle.
The only thing I was a littke disappointed with was , the $70.00 works service is that during the filter inspection I believe that the air filter should have been replaced, because it's dirty, and coolant is low after flush and refill.
That being said I am still very satisfied with Quick Lane and their staff.
