Mark is great. But, it took 7 days to fix a simple problem. A Ford dealership should not take this long to fix this. It is a simple part swap out that takes no longer than 60 minutes to complete. A total waste of time in the meantime. I was told this was a reservation time dealership, and all towed in vehicles for repair had low priority. Basically…..fit in when appropriate! Total baloney!
I would never had my vehicle towed there had I been aware of this. The repair was ridiculously over priced. Parts for this were available for 184.00 and Inwas charged 740.00 for the same OEM part from Raceway. Shame on you. I paid it just to get my car out of there. Also, After having it towed in, I had to use the restroom. As I was in there, a salesman asked me if Inwas interested in buying a new vehicle to replace mine that was towed in!!!!!
Really? So, If this is your business model, I dont know how you all sleepmat night.

I made an 8:30AM Tuesday appointment almost a month before bringing in the Explorer. I found out my vehicle only got looked at Thursday PM. A friend dropped me by on Friday and I asked for an update. I was told a tech was looking it over that very instant and repairs would have to wait for after the weekend. I saw my Explorer parked in the service parking as I was leaving. I didn’t get the updates I had been promised. I had to do without a car for over a week.
