I was there longer than expected (over 4 hours). I had made an appointment for 7am which was confirmed through text and email but when I got to the shop, there was no record of my appointment. On top of that, the workers broke the oil filter cap trying to take it off and I had to purchase another one. I understand that was not their fault; the prior oil change service tightened the cap too tight. It was just unfortunate that I had to buy a part for something I didn't do. And the length of time I waited for the parts to get there and the work to be done just added to the frustration. Thomas was friendly in his customer service, however, I had to keep asking him for updates. Not once did he come to me and let me know what was going on (like I saw the other gentleman doing with his customers). I had to go to the counter and ask Thomas what was going on and how long would it be a few times. Not the best service today, but I came back to this location because they've always treated me very well in the past. I'm rethinking some things now.
