Javier is very helpful and kind, however, finding trust in the service dept is minimal. This visit was concerning since my multipoint checks came back all greens. However, my last oil change I had break service requested and two of my tires were at yellow. I have yet to get ANY service completed. So I was recommended and advised that my vehicle needed service and then my appt yesterday was all ok. This is not the first time and in the future will be taking my business elsewhere. Very concerning.
