Lucas was phenomenal. Good listener. Great follow-up n very professional.
My concerns are 2 regarding my service. First the fact that one of the new hoses they used was defective. Left me stranded on the Frwy n I had to call AAA to tow me to the dealership. Second the Uber driver failed to show up to take me to pick up my vehicle. I waited one hour while their text showed the driver was 5 min away.
Also, it is hard to speak to anyone for assistance after 4:30. Very frustrating.
