We came to get a small dent popped back out and try to figure out why none of our locks worked. I also asked if they could remove a partial sticker on back of window and then put our church logo in it's place. We waited three frigging hours and found out the guy that fixes dents wasn't even there he was only available on Thursdays. So the main reason we came there for was not even taken care of. They did fix our lock problem but didn't after all that damn time, put our church logo on. Was very upset we waited so damn long.

I was not pleased with David as I was trying to visualize the tint shades we would be getting. He finally admitted he was not that familiar with the tints & went to get the man who would be doing the tint. He was able to explain the color of shading & I made the decision. I am not pleased that the tint on the windshield is about an inch and a half from covering the black dotted design that is in the center of the windshield when I was told it would come down to the rear view mirror. Not a good experience
