I had no doubt that my car would be ready on Thursday as promised. Jose kept me informed more often than you really needed to which was appreciated. And although Jose was with a customer when I came to pick up my car, his coworker Blake jumped right in and took care of me. I appreciate it not having to wait.

Blake was nice and did return calls but I had to call him for updates. I was not offered a rental while my transmission was replaced. I signed two documents when I picked up my vehicle but wasn't told what that was, it wasn't explained to me.
