I was able to leave my car overnight this time and I will do this from now on!! All my other oil change appointments took between 2-4 HOURS where I sat in the waiting room! This is particularly disappointing when I made an appointment and TOLD THEM I was waiting! I expected it to be done in a timely manner. Staff is always friendly but the wait times are OFF the charts.

Jose was very helpful from the moment I walked through the door. He then followed up with me on recommended maintenance post the inspection! As soon as the car was completed, he called to notify me then upon arrival walked me over all maintenance done and what was suggested as soon as possible. By far, this visit has been one of the best ones I’ve ever had!!!
