When picking up my vehicle I had to deal with a different service employee who was extremely busy so I didn’t get the answers to my questions about my vehicle. Also after getting my vehicle home there is a noticeable scratch on the front end of the passenger side, which was not there prior to dropping my car off with Nissan service.
