I was trying to pickup my car from a regular oil change service. Upon arriving David was not available at that moment and it seemed like no one wanted to help and avoided eye contact. Once David arrived, I was set to go and left. However, anyone could have given me my keys I don't think I necessarily had to wait for him. It was really an unnecessary wait, which was a good 15 minutes. There were at least 3 staff members who could have helped. This is not the first time this happens just decided to comment this time.
