Cameron was very friendly. Though he should have showed me the actual air filters before I agreed that they needed to be changed. That should be standard practice— or at least offer for me to see them. Cost to change the filters was unreasonable and I’m not even certain they needed changing. If there is a next time, I will ask to see them but may end up deferring the service to change the filters elsewhere due to the cost. I was also not satisfied waiting 2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I know I was a walk in, but I was told there was one car in front of me, and I’ve never waited that long for the same service at another dealership with a busier waiting room. I appreciate how clean and comfortable the waiting room was and the barista was friendly.
