I was told diagnostics was $115 and was charged $400 without authorization. Plus was told warranty denied claim. I called warranty and it wasn’t denied. You guys didn’t want to replace the parts they would pay for. Very unsatisfactory. Will never return to Haselwood. It has hasn’t been the same since chuck is gone. I told them to call me if it was more than $115 and nobody called. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and better business bureau

When the intermittent problem first started showing up, less than a week after we got our car, I called in and was told that yes, there was a bulletin and that it might be possible to retrieve a trouble code to confirm the problem. I know intermittents are tricky, but meanwhile the driver information center is inoperative every other day and we are waiting for it to fail, and yesterday we were not told anything about a bulletin and were informed that this system has not self-diagnostic codes available. We will be patient, but we hope when we bring it in for its oil change that you will be able to spend some time trying to verify the concern. I also have opted out of these emails after trying since we bought the car to not have them sent to my work.

I will say Courtney was great. But I really want an explanation for why y'all thought my power steering issue I had before was not related to the power steering recall. The recall said you may experience temporarily loss of power steering, which I did. So I had my truck towed to hasslewood and I was told your technitions couldn't find anything wrong. Then the recall came out saying exactly what I experienced. That is why I would like an explanation. Thank you
