I came in the evening before my scheduled morning appointment, although the service department personnel would say somebody would get to me, and three gentlemen were busy on the phone, and Courtney (also busy with a customer), But as soon as she was complete with her customer, she checked me in, then I became her customer. She was totally professional and very friendly, and I felt like I was in good hands as your posters on the wall displayed several company standards and beliefs. I appreciated the communication throughout the day, and Courtney’s excellent service. I could have went without the last-minute call from another gentleman suggesting maintenance with the equivalent of over $4000 in parts and labor, but it’s a dealership, I get it. At this point, it was expensive to do what I had done, but I feel like I went to the professionals and Courtney was the direct personification of your organization. Job well done! Thank you, and I see her doing great things for your organization in the future.
