The brake work was fantastic. The heavy-duty OEM brake pads that Aaron Taylor recommended are fantastic. This is the fourth set of brake pads for this car. This is tge first set put on by Hazelwood. The car stops better than ever with no sqeaks.

Randy Strassburg is the best for customer service. My only complaint is with loaner car system. Both times we had to have a loaner car was not a good experience. We left irritated which is not ok.

The inability to leave a message when no one answers was very frustrating. Spending 40 minutes hitting redial (430pm on a wed) and finally having to give up and call back a different day is poor customer service.
