I'm completely satisfied with the service I received today. I do wish that someone would have noticed that the roof rails that came with my vehicle were warped before today so that the install would have been complete earlier rather than later.

Jesse greeted me with positivity. He verified everything that would be done during my service appointment. He notified me that the shop was running a tad behind and gave me an approximate time frame for completion as I was waiting. The service department installed front mud flaps that I had ordered and am very very appreciative they did. Recommendation for waiting area: TV in waiting area and music playing in showroom was way too loud. The two were competing with each other.
