The issue was not resolved and when I called back today and was transferred to Jasons voice mail at about noon I never got a call back anf now I will miss anotjers day of work driving aback diwn tomorrow to see what is still wrong. I have to have my car fro the weekend.

The guys were real friendly, and seemed like they tried hard, I liked them. The issue I had was, I came in for an oil change at 1:00. I was told I was due for a 30,000 mile tune up, which I didn’t really have time for, because I had a meeting at 4:00, but was told it would only take an hour and a half, so I agreed to it, reluctantly. Ended up being there until after 3:30, and in turn was late for my meeting. So my feedback would be, to either be more “worst case scenario” on estimated time so the customer can make and informed decision, or hit the timeline given.

My wife took the GMC in for service and told the service desk that she would wait in the customer lounge for it to get done. A Haselwood service rep instead called and left voicemail and texted MY phone at Noon that the car was ready. I was at work and didnt have my phone. So my wife sat in the customer lounge, unaware the car was done, until she finally asked a rep at 3pm about the status and they said "oh, we are just finishing up the paperwork now". That was clearly a lie. She didnt knoe they had called me until I told her when I got off work at 4pm. They didnt even try to apologize for forgetting about her. UNACCEPTABLE! I will take my GMC somewhere else from now on.

Needless to say, she was pretty scared by the situation. She came to your (our) Dealership and was taken care ofnpromptly and professionally. I appreciate the service after the sale.
