I was ignored. It took longer than one would like to find the assistant service manager to take my payment for my services today. He couldn't explain much nor direct me to buying a package. Payton was fine other than he was rude the previous time I was in and today he just ignored me and I looked stupid on video asking everyone around for help.

I appreciated that everything was done on time and that i saw someone cleaning the waiting area. As well as that you guys sprayed my car to sanitize after service. The customer service was kind and quick. When i arrived and when i called to schedule the repair. I also liked that i saw such positive interaction between employees and who appeared to be auto repair department manager . I have one concern as a person who as a auto immune its a risk for me to have to be out at all . I saw one employee who was warning there mask under their noise that defeats the purpose of waring one if it’s not covering the nose. i personally would have avoided having him work with me if he was the one that was suppose to help . You could loose some business over such things from those who like my self have only bought Hyundai’s for years but are at high risk. Just something to consider

This was my first time to haselwood Hyundai and I was very impressed by the customer service. I definitely like how I came in to get one thing fixed and they informed me of a major problem and were able to fix it immediately. Was told the service would take all day, rented a vehicle based on that estimate. Less than three hours later my vehicle was ready. Complete waste of time and money. Please provide accurate service estimates.

I'll copy what I sent to your service rep. Cameron... "I asked the lady I talked to yesterday to have me called if the price was high on the repair for the gasket. I had discussed the pricing error on the estimate sheet and we both came to the conclusion that it was only around 100.00 to replace the seal. Not over 1000.00 dollars. I don't care to spend that kind of money on a few drops of oil on my garage floor every now and then. I'll spend that kind of money when it becomes a waterfall. You Did Not call me before doing the repairs because of the price, like I asked. I would have said to forget it. I'm done doing any kind of future business with you people, because you failed to do what I requested and have charged me for something that I wouldn't have wanted done. You're also full of bs on the timing belt as well. You can't look at my timing belt when simply doing an oil change... and you're not going to start tearing my car apart on a simple 20 point check to look for cracks in it. I'm not stupid. I thought you people were more reputable, but I was wrong. You'll get no more of my money with this type of service and behavior. Put my car back together properly and have it ready for pick up today. I'm done with you people." Further, Cameron said that he had to cover his ****, telling me the timing belt needed to be replaced. I thought this statement, made by him to me, was extremely unproffesional, showing that he was more concerned about himself than me, the customer.

Cameron was exceptional. He went above and beyond helping with our rental, ordering a part and quickly moving us through the process. Previously, I did have some negative issues with both the parts department and your person who answers and directs calls. Cameron helped with all of that too

I have been a repeating customer for years. I have never spent over 30mins on hold until today. The service guy was already stressed.I felt a bit rushed. My return to pick up my SUV I ran into another set of concerns. Service was closed by just moments. The oil change sticker on the window had not been updated today. I could see the guy who felt with that morning. He looked ate grouted a noice while shaking his head no and ignored me. I went over to the sales deck to see if they knew if I could get an updated sticker. I know a sticker, yes it being missing or wrong drives me nuts. With that said. I added to the service desk the tall bearded guy asked if he could help. As I was explaining my wish for a new sticker he stated that it wouldn't be available till Monday when the service dept would be open. Their was a short in stacker, heavier, dark long hair lady standing at the desk. She turned to me and said add 3000 miles to the number on the sticker and then I could schedule a service. I felt surprise,irritated, and insulted by this comment. Are me rethink my next dealership.
