It took over 2 hours to get the rental because I arrived before my rental appt time.
The people in the waiting room with me were going on to hour 5 for a 2 hr service. People were nice but not upfront about real situation from the phone call to schedule to actual dropoff, to ncompleting and notifing of completion. Definitely a lack of communication between service and customer. Probably an issue between departments internally. Overall, I would really consider the options before buying from Haselwood. I'll look for a smaller dealership with better understanding of their customer base.

The service was good, although the initial cost of service seemed outrageous. The representative was able to find some discounts that softened the blow. I was interested in potentially trading in my vehicle for an upgrade; unfortunately, i was not contacted further until after I had left the dealership. Perhaps, we could work something out when I have a day off in the future ????.
