This is the second time I’ve had my car in for this issue. Trying to make the appointment took 4 phone calls and sitting on hold for over 30 minutes. The part was ordered and was delayed so I had to pick my car up and take it back. Each time having to retell the LONG story to get to the point we are and letting people know what service was being performed. I also asked for an oil change and it was forgotten twice even though I have asked multiple times. If I didn’t have my warranty and have to come to you I wouldn’t. Terrible customer service.
