I brought our car back to Mazda after paying $756 for a 60,000 mile service because the check engine light came on on my way home from the dealership. I spoke with Kelsi Shroeder and she assured me they would fix the many problems but without a rental car to use as they were all out. She went above and beyond making sure I did have a car to drive the 2 weeks it took to get the parts, she was in constant contact with me throughout and made sure the many problems would be paid for. Kelsi is a true professional at her job! We will continue to bring our car to Mazda while Kelsi is working there. She was a joy to deal with!
