Great service as soon as I rolled in with my vehicle. Was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner. The time it took to get my vehicle serviced was good and I wasn’t pushed to buy anything extra.

Technician spilled DEF on truck and didn't clean it up. I did. Also, technician left a partially full container of DEF on floor in backseat, after I had told service writer I didn't want that to happen, again. My opinion is that your service techs dont have pride or understand that the customers are the bread and butter. This is Not the first time for these same issues.

Advisor was great. Service as usual is less than desirable. My first three visits I requested tire rotations and it was not accomplished. Probably due to the jacked up swollen factory lug nuts. I buy new lug nuts and did not want a tire rotation but it was done anyway and my spline socket was thrown under the back seat.
